Özellikle pandemi sırasında başlayan “uzaktan eğitim” uygulamaları kısa süre içinde tüm pazarı yönlendirdi. Son 4 sene boyunca ülkemizde sağlık sektöründe çok farklı konularda tahminimce binlerce eğitim yapıldı. İşte tam burada bir kavram karmaşası oluşuyor ve “bilgi aktarımı” ile “eğitim” birbirine karışıyor. “Bilgi aktarımı” tabii ki çok önemli ancak bunun sonunda “eğitim” uygulamalarında olması gereken “davranış veya uygulama değişiklikleri” oluşmuyor. Bu karışıklığın önüne geçmek ve sektörün yeniden “eğitim” alabilmesini sağlamak amacıyla “Eczane Gelişim Okulu” ’nu kurdum.
